Jesus Gonzalez began his journey in 2017 by opening a food truck that allowed him to share his personal story through food. In 2019, he co-founded Zocalo Food Park, which quickly became home to over ten food entrepreneurs. During this time, Jesus witnessed firsthand the challenges small businesses face—challenges that often lead to lost revenue—and recognized how difficult it can be for event planners to find and book reliable vendors.
